Booking: You can book our services via phone at (805) 664-1370 or by visiting our office at 18757 Burbank Blvd #2311, Tarzana, CA 91356 during our working hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm).
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment for services rendered by Copier & Printer Rescue Team is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Detailed payment information will be provided in your service agreement.
We stand behind the quality of our work. All repair and maintenance services come with a warranty period, during which any recurrent issues with the repaired device will be addressed at no additional cost. The specific terms of the warranty will be outlined in your service agreement.
